Terms and Conditions of Use

Last Modified: April 22, 2026. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Project RAM governing your access to this platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Project RAM platform, including but not limited to Laboratory Analysis, Academic Management, Digital library and dashboards (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from utilizing any system resources.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms, Project RAM grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

Intellectual Property Rights

Notice to Research Partners

All algorithms, biological data structures, and crop-yield forecasting models remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Project RAM

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Project RAM and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Project RAM.

Users may download research results for internal academic or operational purposes only. Mass scraping, automated extraction, or reverse engineering of proprietary software of analytical tools are strictly forbidden.

User Conduct and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your laboratory access credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

No submission of corrupted data or malware-infected files.
No attempts to bypass security encryption or form submission logics.
Maintenance of high standards of academic integrity in all modules and research contributions.

Data Usage & Privacy Protocol

By providing data, you grant Project RAM a perpetual, irrevocable license to use such data for the purposes of improving this software in future. metrics, provided that such data is fully anonymized.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Project RAM, nor its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, crop failure, data loss, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Agriculture is inherently dependent on external environmental factors. Project RAM do not constitute a guarantee of crop yield or financial performance.

Termination of Access

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
